New Clients /Cancellation

By reading and submitting this form you agree to the following;

  • All new color appointments and/or all Friday/Saturday appointments are required to submit a non- transferable deposit to hold their appointment, that deposit will go towards your service.

  • If you cancel your appointment, for any reason, you will be required to pay 50% of that appointment.

  • A card will now be required to hold on file in case of last minute cancellation/ appointment no-show for all clients. All cards are secure and can not be seen by employees. 

  • If you need to reschedule your appointment, your deposit is transferable once.
